Eligible Issues
We only accept claims for orders that arrive:
- Damaged during shipping
- Faulty or defective (including printing or manufacturing issues)
- Incorrect item received
- Quality issues that prevent normal use of the product
Reporting Window
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and order details.
Resolution Process
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll review it and the outcome may be a refund or a replacement.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution after review.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference after opening or use
