Eligible Issues

We only accept claims for orders that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Faulty or defective (including printing or manufacturing issues)
  • Incorrect item received
  • Quality issues that prevent normal use of the product

Reporting Window

Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and order details.

Resolution Process

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll review it and the outcome may be a refund or a replacement.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution after review.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference after opening or use
  • Ordering the wrong item
